Sucralose is the low-calorie sweetener which appears white crystalline powder and is made from natural sugar. In 1990, Sucralose was approved by WHO/FDA of using the brand name of "Sucralose" to publicize and sell on the world. In 1998, it was approved by FDA in foods and beverages then extended to more than 40 countries in duding Canada, Australia and China. It was approved by ministry of health of the people's republic of China in 1997.
