Product Description

LABSA

It is an organic compound with the molecular formula of C18H30SO3. It is a light yellow to brown viscous liquid. The relative molecular weight is 326.49, which is soluble in water and generates heat when diluted with water. Slightly soluble in benzene and xylene, and easily soluble in methanol, ethanol, propanol, ether and other organic solvents. It has the functions of emulsification, dispersion and decontamination.

Application:

It is mainly used to produce sodium salt, calcium salt and ammonium salt of anionic surfactant alkylbenzene sulfonic acid, and also used as emulsifier of organic chlorine, organic phosphorus pesticide, etc. [1] It can be used as the curing catalyst of amino baking paint, for preparing various liquid and solid detergents, and also for various cosmetic formulations. Because it is stable in acidic solution and has good washing performance, it is often used for the preparation of acidic solution detergents such as toilet cleaners.
